Video Ghosting problem SOLVED, Lumix DMC-ZS3

Video Ghosting problem SOLVED, Lumix DMC-ZS3 Tube. Duration : 3.08 Mins.

I researched the problem and other Vegas users suggested Disabling Resample. This is done by right clicking on each video clip within Vegas Movie Studio Platinum 9, then selecting "Disable Resampling." The resulting new version played better on the PC's screen, except birds seemed to have white outline. No ghosting at all, except occasion blurring you might see on any photo with high speed subject. And these birds were about as high speed as you can get. The camera is the Lumix DMC-ZS3, a point and shoot from Panasonic wotj 25mm wide angle and zooming during video filming. If you want to see an even better DSLR with video, check out the DMC-GH1 samples on YT. Wow!
